A Platform for Growth, Leadership & Impact

Leaders Forum Bangladesh (LFB) is a Dhaka-based globally registered and non-political organization that unites corporate leaders and managers from 23 sectors, boasting a membership of over 5,000 professionals. Founded on June 13, 2020, during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, LFB strives to strengthen leadership skills and mentorship among professionals to rebuild and reshape the corporate world in the wake of the crisis—embodying its vision of “Self-Development and Giving Back to Society.”

Under the slogan “Born to Lead,” LFB’s mission is to foster camaraderie among professionals across industries while providing leadership development opportunities. The platform emphasizes mentorship and skill-building programs, preparing members for impactful careers and driving meaningful change—guided by the belief that “Learning Never Ends and Leadership Never Dies.”

Our Activities

Annual Summits

LFB has successfully organized three Leadership Excellence Summits— the first two at The Westin Dhaka and the third at The Sheraton Dhaka. These events celebrate outstanding leadership, honoring 36 leaders across industries including banking, healthcare, hospitality, telecom, architecture, RMG, real estate, and finance (2021, 2022, 2023 & 2025).

LFB also introduced the Bangladesh Corporate Couple Leaders Recognition and in 2025 recognized the Best Corporates of the Year: PRAN-RFL Group, URMI Group, and Building Technology & Ideas Ltd (bti).
